Since 1990 I began my career in Real Estate and Property Management. Over the years, I have spent enormous amounts of time developing and refining my skills as an expert Negotiator on behalf of my clients.  In 2013 I spent time with both a National Franchise Organization and a smaller boutique firm before opening DreamScape Realty Brokerage Inc., in 2018. My involvement with everything from minor contract negotiations to multi-million dollar leasing and purchasing arrangements have ultimately taught me, it’s about getting the right deal done – a deal that is fair and reasonable for all parties.

Listing Services

This is our Flat Fee Listing Package, designed for the DIY enthusiast.  We will prepare the necessary M.L.S Listing paperwork, submit it to our local M.L.S listing service - (The London and St. Thomas Real Estate Association of Realator's L-STAR) so that it is visible and accessible to all of our local agents, submit the listing to Realtor.ca., and set you up with a lockbox.

 

We will also provide you with listing photos and a video, along with our custom reflective law sign.  

 

Once this is complete, you then take over the marketing and showing of your property.  Offers are submitted to our office and forwarded to you for review and approval.  You also set the rate that you are prepared to offer Buyer Agents as compensation for submitting their offer.

Our detailed specialized marketing program is custom-built to take your wants and needs into consideration, positioning your home in the market place to maximize the return on your investment.

We use the R.P.M. process (Research, Pricing, Marketing) to establish the correct market placement for the property, making recommendations along the way that will enable the market to connect on an emotional level with your property.

You receive a copy of the program, including our Custom Marketing Calendar and our iron-clad guarantee, that should we miss doing or completing any task along the way you receive cash rebates off our fees.
