It's hard to get ahead when rents are at this level

With your everyday housing costs climbing, it's no wonder some are finding it hard to achieve their dream of homeownership. Looking at this graphic courtesy of PadMapper Research, the average cost for a One Bedroom in London currently sits at $1,220.00 Per Month and climbing, which means that you need your household income to be at $4,880 Net to keep the cost of shelter at 25% of your income. Just be glad this is not Toronto with an average price of a One-bedroom equaling $2,300 per Month.

There potentially is a bright spot, though, connect with us to discuss a Rent- to - own option that might be right for you.
